SYDNEY, Australia - Miles Hilton-Barber (R) throws up his arm in joy after touching down his micro-light aircraft at an airport, west of Sydney, on April 30, becoming the first ever blind pilot to fly more than halfway around the world. The 58-year-old British father of three began his adventure in London on March 7, and with his sighted assistant co-pilots Richard Hardey and Brain Milton, flew from dawn to dusk for 59 days, traveling over 19 countries and more than 20,000 kilometers to get to Sydney.
